Industrial pipefitter

• Read and interpret plans and specifications to determine the work to be carried out
• Prepare work and joints using machines or manual or mechanical tools
• Measure, cut and prepare pipes for assembly according to requirements
• Take dimension readings
• Assemble the various spools
• Check network tightness using appropriate equipment
• Install brackets, valves, ducts and control systems
• Complete various work-related reports (administrative, quality control, etc.)
• Maneuver loads using a variety of lifting systems in compliance with safety rules

• ASP in piping will be considered an asset;
• Industrial experience (5 years)
• Welder's cards are an asset;
• Class 5 license
• Ability to work in enclosed spaces, at heights and in the heat
• Forklift operator and overhead crane card considered an asset;
• Respecting safety rules
• Carry your ASP Construction card on job sites
