Service Technician
Under the supervision of the Technical Director, you will provide quality service by responding to customer service calls through inspection, maintenance and repair of lifting equipment in accordance with current standards.

Responsibilities
- Perform preventive inspections of cranes at customer sites;
- Carry out repairs, modifications and maintenance of lifting equipment at customer sites;
- Perform electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting;
- Responding to calls for service;
- Complete inspection and repair documentation;
- Demonstrate initiative in health and safety by helping to identify, eliminate or control potential hazards ;
- Install and/or start up new equipment.
Qualifications
- Strong ability to solve technical problems;
- Ease of communicating issues to clients;
- Autonomy;
- Good physical condition;
- 8,000 hours in lifting equipment inspection is an asset;
- Hold a valid, unrestricted driver's license;
- Reside or be willing to travel on the North Shore territory. This position requires frequent travel;
- Good mechanical and electrical knowledge.
Training
- Diploma in electro-mechanics of automated systems, diploma in industrial electronics, or equivalent relevant experience ;
- Customer Service Experience;
- Experience in the industrial sector is an asset.
