Under the authority of the IT Director, in support of the Network Administrator in place as well as the customer service of our clients, the main mandate of this position is to offer a quality computer network, to conduct computer projects, administer the network and provide support to internal and external users.

Management of the internal computer park;

• Server maintenance
• Maintenance of workstations
• Maintenance of the wired and wireless network
• Maintenance of other peripherals (printers, mobile devices, fax machines, etc.)
• Supporting the various facilities
• License management
• User training
• Remote access management
• User access management
• Anti-virus management

Telecommunications management;

• Telecommunications link management
• Management of the telephone system
• Management of the cell phone fleet
• Management of inter-site links
• Router management

Participate in the technological choices and collaborate in the purchasing process;

• Purchase for internal needs
• Purchase for customers
• Participate in the purchasing process or new software implementation

2nd level technical support for our customers' sites;

• Backup copy management
• Replication management
• Server management
• Workstation management (remote stations)
• Remote access management
• Purchase and transfer of licenses

Collaborate with team members and other departments;
Respect safety rules at all times, whether at Matiss or at clients' sites;
Perform all other related tasks.

• Good knowledge of English (oral and written);
• Technical knowledge related to the position:
• Windows;
• MAC product;
• Virtualization (VmWare) and replication;
• Networking and telecommunication;
• Ability to approach customers and solve technical problems;
• Sense of urgency
• Recognized as an organized, creative, efficient, multi-tasker and meticulous individual.
• Be able to take charge of an IT project.
