Our client is looking for a skilled and organized Pharmacy Technician to join their team. Under the supervision of the pharmacist, you will be actively involved in preparing medications, managing prescriptions and assisting patients with their pharmaceutical needs. This position is ideal for a professional with a passion for healthcare and a desire to provide exceptional service to patients.

Responsibilities
Welcome and assist patients in a courteous manner, collect information needed to process prescriptions.
Prepare, package and label medications under the supervision of the pharmacist.
Check prescriptions for any anomalies and consult the pharmacist if necessary.
Manage the inventory of drugs and pharmaceutical products: receipt, storage and stock control.
Prepare patient orders and renewals in a timely manner.
Advise patients on the use of medication, following the pharmacist's instructions.
Maintain accurate records of orders and transactions, in accordance with confidentiality standards.
Follow up on repeat prescriptions and coordinate with physicians for any necessary clarifications.
Participate in the smooth running of pharmacy operations in compliance with safety and quality protocols.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years' experience in community or hospital pharmacy.
Knowledge of prescription management software (Kroll, HealthWatch, etc.).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Attention to detail and precision in the execution of tasks.
Fluency in French and/or English (depending on region).
