Accounting technician

We're looking for a bilingual (French/English) accounting technician to provide quality accounting and financial support to our customers in Quebec. As part of our new outsourcing service, you will work remotely to manage essential accounting tasks while contributing to the efficient management of our customers' finances.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payments and follow-ups.
• Perform bank reconciliations and prepare periodic financial reports.
• Participate in the preparation of financial statements and bookkeeping.
• Perform basic financial analyses and report discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure compliance with deadlines and accounting standards.
• Keep accounting databases up to date and ensure the integrity of financial data.

• Degree in accounting or related field.
• Previous accounting or bookkeeping experience (an asset).
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, etc.) and office tools (Excel, Word).
• Excellent command of written and spoken French and English.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a virtual environment.
