Automation and electrical technician
Our client is a young company specialized in electrical systems, controls and protection for hydroelectric power plants. Their mandates generally cover engineering, supply, installation and commissioning of equipment.

Responsibilities
- To carry out the drawings of protection, instrumentation and control circuits;
- Prepare material and equipment lists;
- Make the cable lists according to the wiring diagrams;
- Write various technical documents required for the project;
- Provide technical support during manufacturing, installation and participate in workshop testing and commissioning of systems;
- Work on multiple projects and meet deadlines;
- Willing to travel and do site work.
Qualifications
- Relevant experience with AutoCAD software (required);
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.);
- Autonomy and ease with teamwork;
- Experience in designing and creating new circuits and drawings (asset);
- Experience in commissioning electrical equipment (asset);
- Experience in hydroelectric power plants (asset).
Training
- DEC in industrial electronics, electrical engineering or equivalent.
