Automation Technician

• Design and program automated systems (simple or complex) on different types of PLCs and HMIs;
• Perform installation and troubleshooting of automated systems;
• Participate in the start-up of the systems at the customer's site;
• Produce technical documents relating to the maintenance of an automated system;
• Ensure that the systems sold are functional in the production context and that they meet the expectations of our
• clients ;
• Drive configuration ;
• Emergency Services;
• Make connections in the control panels.

• Knowledge of PLC programming (Grafcet, Ladder and Remote I/O);
• Knowledge of Rockwell (Allen-Bradley) products RS studio 5000, FT view SE, ME ;
• Good problem solving skills and enjoys a challenge;
• Knowledge of basic computer systems;
• Have a good knowledge of French and English, spoken and written.
• Ability to diagnose and solve various automation problems;
• Strong analytical skills and proactive attitude;
• Ability to make decisions that promote quality production;
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team;
• Strong initiative and excellent customer service skills;
• Be able to work under pressure.
• Be available to travel and, if applicable, have a valid driver's license and passport.
