• Team management for various technical mandates;
• Plan, coordinate and supervise mechanical team tasks;
• Mentoring related to the technical aspect of its expertise (mechanical);
• Operational management of the various solutions proposed;
• Analysis of customer needs and requirements, feasibility studies;
• Preparation and approval of technical drawings and detail diagrams;
• Draft reports, specifications, quotations and invitations to tender, in line with
  customer requirements;
• Write technical project documentation;
• Identification and consultation of potential suppliers;
• Solve problems using a variety of known or innovative methods and
  techniques, and carry out comparative studies;
• Evaluate customer satisfaction and maintain close relations with
  customers;
• Carry out inspections or technical surveys;

• Minimum 7-10 years' relevant experience as a mechanical engineer
  or equivalent combination of training and experience;
• Strong interpersonal skills;
• Autonomy and initiative;
• Fluency in spoken and written French and English.
• Demonstrate leadership skills
• Ability to coach and mentor
