Responsibilities
- Preparing for commissioning
- Draft the commissioning procedure (including the list of tests specified in the contract)
- Participate in creating the commissioning schedule Participate in setting up and organizing the commissioning team On-site commissioning
- Represent the company to customers on worksites
- Be the customer's main contact on site Remain the project manager's main contact
- Observe and enforce health and safety rules
- Lead daily/weekly briefings
- Monitor progress of commissioning activities and keep schedules up to date
- Manage all teams working for the company (in-house and s/contractors)
- Manage site commissioning resources
- Conduct risk analyses for all commissioning activities
- Draw up commissioning quality documents Carry out commissioning activities to obtain acceptance of the installation: energization and consignment, testing of various equipment, sequence test, production start-up and ramp-up to nominal operation, performance test, etc.
- Analyze and pass on information on anomalies or non-quality for continuous improvement Carry out reporting
Qualifications
- At least 10 years' experience in a similar technical position
Training
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
