Pipe welder (Boilermaking, TIG stainless steel)

Reporting to the site manager, the Welder-Pipefitter, Boilermaking, TIG Stainless Steel is responsible for preparing, assembling and welding stainless steel equipment parts.

• Salary from $52,000 CA to $62,400 CA per year for 40 hours/week. Overtime is paid at time-and-a-half and double time.

• TIG welding on stainless steel (sanitary)

• Knowledge of general fabrication (measuring-fabrication-welding)
• Reading and interpreting plans
• Experience in the food industry.
• Relevant experience on a construction site or in an industrial environment;
• Intermediate level of written and spoken French, English an asset;
• Knows and complies with occupational health and safety rules at all times;
• Autonomy, sense of priorities and attention to detail
• Punctuality / Versatility
• Valid driver's license
