Responsibilities
- Develop the PLC program according to the customer's requirements, in collaboration with the project managers;
- Schedule data exchanges with data management systems, on occasion ;
- Develop the programming from the process diagrams;
- Program the operator interface;
- Contribute to the start-up of the equipment;
- Provide technical support to manufacturers.
Workplace details: 80% of your work will be in our offices, but you will occasionally be required to travel to our clients' sites, within a 100 km radius.
Qualifications
The programmer we are looking for must be versatile. He appreciates the diversity of the responsibilities entrusted to him and is always looking for professional development. His rigor and determination allow him to take up every challenge that comes his way.
Technical knowledge required:
- Allen-Bradley automatons;
- Ignition, PanelView and RSViewSE operator interfaces;
- AutoCAD drawing software (an asset);
- Food processing (an asset);
- Microsoft Office Suite.

Training
- Degree in a relevant field (automation, instrumentation, industrial electronics, electrical engineering, etc.);
- Experience in PLC programming (3-5 years).
