Responsibilities
- You will collect all the information necessary for the realization of the project from the client or the project manager;
- You will propose different alternatives in relation to the way of carrying out the project in order to optimize the result expected by the customer;
- You will program complete projects or modifications of various sizes in the office, at the customer's site or remotely;
- You will intervene during equipment shutdowns and diagnose problems in order to increase operational efficiency;
- If necessary, you will provide support to the service technicians;
- You will perform pre-operational checks and troubleshooting in the factory;
- You will make the final corrections and adjustments on site;
- You will provide technical support and training to customers in the factory.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of PLC/HMI from Schneider, Allen-Bradley, Omron;
- Knowledge of Ethernet/IP, Devicenet, Can-Open, Modbus networks;
- Rigor, autonomy, sense of responsibility, and capacity for innovation;
- Good communication and listening skills;
- A valid driver's license.
Training
- Degree in industrial electronics or automated production engineering, or any other relevant training/experience combinations;
- 3 to 5 years experience in a similar position in the electrical industry.
