C# Analyst Programmer

Under the supervision of the department manager and in collaboration with the team in place, the programmer carries out the programming and modification of software.

Responsibilities
- Participate in the estimation of projects;
- Verify the proper functioning of the program and ensure its synergy with the other components of the system;
- Participate in customer installations and commissioning;
- Install the system components at the customer's site according to Matiss standards;
- Support system start-up at the customer site;
- Make corrections and adjustments to meet the requirements;
- Provide technical support to customers after commissioning;
- Be able to propose preventive maintenance solutions when required;
- Perform troubleshooting;
- Suggest replacement parts, if any;
- Assist/train the people involved;
- Offer products or services.
- Write and/or update technical manuals for the systems;
- Perform basic scheduling when required;
- Respect safety rules at all times, whether at Matiss or at the customer's premises;
- 24/7 service approximately 1 week to 5 weeks (remote support on call and no travel required);
- Perform any other tasks required.
Qualifications
- Advanced (French/English, spoken/written);
- Mastery of C/C++/C#/Dev Express languages;
- Excellent mastery of object-oriented concepts;
- Mastery of SQL databases;
- Knowledge of the concept of Microservice and Load balancing.
- Good knowledge of Source Code Management (SVN and Git);
- Knowledge of Agile and TDD methodologies (asset);
- Knowledge of network architecture (an asset);
- Knowledge of VPN networks (an asset);
- Is recognized as a rigorous and creative person;
- Distinguishes himself by his capacity of analysis & synthesis as well as his team spirit.
Training
- Degree in computer science or equivalent;
- 3 to 5 years of experience
