Material handler

Our customer is a key player in the distribution sector. We are looking for a dynamic and reliable material handler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, follow safety procedures and perform physical tasks efficiently.

• Load and unload goods and materials to/from trucks, containers and storage areas.
• Sort and place goods in designated areas, following inventory protocols.
• Operate handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet trucks in complete safety.
• Perform packaging, labeling and order-picking tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Participate in inventories and monitor stock levels.

• Ability to perform physical work and lift heavy loads.
• Experience as a materials handler or in a similar role is a plus.
• Knowledge of safety practices in an industrial working environment.
• Proficiency in the use of handling equipment is an asset.
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
• Fluency in French, knowledge of English an asset.
