Electrical engineer in automation

• Participation in the analysis of the client's needs;
• Definition of the systems architecture ;
• Supervision and design of power and control circuits;
• Programming of programmable logic controllers (Allen Bradley, Siemen, Omron, Shneider, etc.). o Programming of operator interfaces (Allen Bradley, Wonderware, Siemens, etc.);
• Project management for the electrical and control part;
• Calculations/analyses/studies;
• Participate in the start-up of projects in the workshop;
• Participate in the installation at the customer's site;
• Provide the necessary technical assistance following start-up;
• Mentoring of young engineers in the team.

Professional Profile:

• Experience in programming PLCs, HMIs and communication networks;
• Experience in electrical design, component selection, and electrical calculations;
• Knowledge of the 2018 Quebec Electrical Code and CSA-Z432 machines;
• Be available to perform start-ups and support of systems at customer sites;
• Relevant experience in plant-based projects and applied engineering;
• Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;
• Knowledge of Autocad software.
