Responsibilities
- Sourcing candidates on various recruitment platforms (Linkedin, Indeed, etc.);
- Complete the full recruitment cycle;
- Conducting filtering interviews;
- Work with the team to provide feedback on candidates;
- Maintain the candidate database;
- All other related tasks.
Qualifications
- Good organizational skills (to manage several mandates at the same time);
- Knowledge of the recruitment tool Linkedinrecruiter ;
- Dynamic and results-oriented;
- Experience in interviewing (an asset).
Training
- HR training or equivalent;
- Recruiting Experience;
