• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Encourage a positive and inclusive learning environment in the classroom.
• Participate in the creation of individualized study plans for students with special needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues and management to improve teaching practices.
• Actively participate in department meetings and school activities.
• Engage in continuous professional development.

• Teaching experience at secondary level.
• Fluency in French, knowledge of English an asset.
• Excellent organizational and classroom management skills.
• Ability to integrate technology into teaching.
