Electromechanic
Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the Electromechanic collaborates in all prevention, improvement and repair activities of the plant in order to optimize operations.

Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting of production equipment;
- Participate in preventive maintenance tasks of equipment (cleaning, inspection, lubrication, etc.);
- Document maintenance activities, communicate them with employees (electromechanics, operators, engineers, supervisors, etc.), and use the inventory and maintenance system;
- Ensure cleanliness and safety of work areas;
- Support daily production by ensuring continuous operation of the equipment (troubleshooting, repairing breakdowns, training operators);
- Participate in various improvement projects.
Qualifications
- Very good command of oral and written French;
- Knowledge of the CMMS system (Intéral) ;
- Good computer skills;
- Mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and automation knowledge;
- Leadership skills and good communicator;
- Good time management, prioritization and organization;
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Good team spirit & professionalism.
Training
- Degree in industrial mechanics or electromechanics;
- 3 to 5 years experience in a similar position.
