• Assess the property and casualty insurance needs of individual and corporate customers, and provide expert advice.
• Negotiate with insurers to obtain the best coverage and rates for our customers.
• Manage and renew existing customer portfolios while developing new business.
• Ensure rigorous follow-up of customer files, including complaints and policy changes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, market regulations and trends.

• Proven experience in general insurance brokerage for individuals and businesses.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for customers.
• Solid understanding of insurance products and current legislation.
• Ability to work independently while being an active team member.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in computer tools and software specific to insurance brokerage.
