Maintenance foreman

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager and working evening shifts.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety and quality standards, company policies and the
  collective agreement;
• Ensure optimal use of material and human resources;
• Plan, assign and monitor tasks to meet priorities;
• Maintain a working environment conducive to
  maintenance operations;
• Immediate supervision of the team (mechanics, electromechanics and
  electricians);
• Responsible for his team's annual performance appraisal process;
• Participate in continuous improvements to the manufacturing process;
• Identify opportunities and draw up action plans;
• Monitor the preventive maintenance and maintenance program;
• Ensure on-time delivery and quality of maintenance services provided by mechanics
  (internal customer/supplier relations).

• Good command of Office suite software (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook);
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar position;
