Responsibilities
- Prepare and review balance sheets, income statements and other financial reports.
- Analyze account trends, prepare accounting adjustments and journal entries.
- Advise clients on tax and financial issues, and develop tax planning strategies.
- Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Work with the team to improve accounting and financial processes.
- Ensures up-to-date knowledge of accounting and tax legislation.
Qualifications
- Experience in accounting or a similar position.
- Excellent command of accounting software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills in French and English.
Training
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related field.
- Professional designation (CPA) or in the process of obtaining one.
