Community Manager
We're looking for a bilingual (French/English) community manager to manage and develop our customers' online communities in Quebec. This essential role involves creating engaging content, interacting with subscribers and analyzing performance to strengthen the digital presence and engagement of the brands represented, in an entirely remote environment.

Responsibilities
- Develop and manage content strategies for social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) in French and English.
- Write and program engaging publications in keeping with the customer's tone and brand image.
- Interact with online communities by responding to comments, private messages and mentions.
- Monitor social media trends to recommend improvements or innovative campaigns.
- Analyze the performance of publications and campaigns using analytical tools, and produce regular reports.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to ensure campaign consistency.
Qualifications
- Excellent command of written and spoken French and English.
- Experience in online community management or similar role (an asset).
- Good knowledge of social media platforms and planning and analysis tools (Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
- Creative writing skills to produce captivating content.
- Ability to work independently and manage several projects simultaneously.
- Analytical skills and ability to interpret data to guide decisions.
