Customer Service Agent

We are looking for a bilingual (French/English) Customer Service Agent to provide superior support to our customers in Quebec. As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for responding to customer needs with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring an exceptional customer experience in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer requests by phone, email or chat, in French and English.
  • Identify and solve customer problems effectively, offering appropriate solutions.
  • Document customer interactions and keep records up to date in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the various teams to ensure rapid and accurate follow-up of requests.
  • Inform customers about the company's products, services and policies.
  • Actively participate in the continuous improvement of customer service processes.

Qualifications

  • Excellent command of spoken and written French and English.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to handle complex situations with calmness and empathy.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role (an asset).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and online communication platforms.
  • Ability to work independently in a virtual environment.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
