Responsibilities
This is a very interesting job because you do the necessary prospecting and sales follow-up directly from our CRM. You identify our prospects, introduce our organization, get them talking about their situation, offer them information and email it to them, etc. The goal is to identify those who are true "business opportunities". Throughout this process, you set up sales meetings at the right time for the representatives, and then make sure they follow up until the sale is closed.
- Analyze and exploit the potential of existing customers and prospects from our CRM ;
- Identify and track potential customers;
- Prospecting, finding and developing new customers;
- Represent the company to new clients;
- Assist external representatives in following up on opportunities;
- Follow up by email or phone to follow up on the representatives' visits;
- Oversee the implementation of trade agreements;
- Collect and transmit product information to the markets and validate customer understanding;
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop strategies, action plans and marketing tools to maximize the business potential of customers;
- Complete and diligently master Hubspot CRM;
- Facilitate internal and external transitions to ensure successful transfer of knowledge and relationships;
- Participate in the writing of marketing texts;
- Any other related tasks to help the sales team achieve their goals.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of CRM (Hubspot an asset) ;
- High school diploma or diploma deemed relevant;
- Excellence in telephone sales;
- Excellent positive attitude;
- Ability to listen and interact with customers.
- Autonomy and sense of initiative.
Training
- - 3 to 5 years experience in manufacturing or industrial sales.
