Responsibilities
- Write, develop or update certain documents, tables, reports with Word, Excel, Access and Powerpoint software
- Perform data entry (customer orders, suppliers, etc.);
- Replace the receptionist during absences;
- Management of the department's e-mail box;
- Assist the production team with certain clerical tasks;
- Update information and some departmental processes;
- Proceed with billing;
- Maintain and classify files (bids, orders, invoices, etc.);
- Take and return calls to external and internal customers;
- Assist the accounting department administratively;
- Support supervisors in meeting preparations;
- Assist in the welcoming and integration of new employees;
Qualifications
- Have experience in a similar role;
- Good knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint;
- Can meet deadlines and priorities;
- Resourcefulness and autonomy;
- Thoroughness and meticulousness;
Training
- Diploma in secretarial or office automation studies;
