Administrative assistant
We're looking for a bilingual (French/English) Administrative Assistant to support our customers in Quebec with their day-to-day administrative tasks. As a key member of our new resource outsourcing service, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficiency of administrative operations and providing professional, courteous service from a distance.

Responsibilities
- Communications management, including answering e-mails and telephone calls, in French and English.
- Coordination of appointments, meetings and diaries.
- Preparation and layout of documents, reports and presentations.
- Administrative follow-up of customer files and database updates.
- Billing support, expense management and financial document processing.
- Assistance with customer-specific projects as required.
- Write, develop or update certain documents, tables, reports with Word, Excel, Access and Powerpoint software
- Data entry ;
- Management of the department's e-mail box;
- Assist the production team with certain clerical tasks;
- Update information and some departmental processes;
- Maintain and classify files (bids, orders, invoices, etc.);
- Take and return calls to external and internal customers;
- Assist the accounting department administratively;
Qualifications
- Fluency in spoken and written French and English.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in office automation tools (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Previous experience in an administrative role (an asset).
- Good understanding of Quebec corporate culture (preferred).
- Have experience in a similar role;
- Good knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint;
- Can meet deadlines and priorities;
- Resourcefulness and autonomy;
- Thoroughness and meticulousness;
Training
- Diploma in secretarial or office automation studies;
