Responsibilities

  • Write, develop or update certain documents, tables, reports with Word, Excel, Access and Powerpoint software
  • Perform data entry (customer orders, suppliers, etc.);
  • Replace the receptionist during absences;
  • Management of the department's e-mail box;
  • Assist the production team with certain clerical tasks;
  • Update information and some departmental processes;
  • Proceed with billing;
  • Maintain and classify files (bids, orders, invoices, etc.);
  • Take and return calls to external and internal customers;
  • Assist the accounting department administratively;
  • Support supervisors in meeting preparations;
  • Assist in the welcoming and integration of new employees;

Qualifications

  • Have experience in a similar role;
  • Good knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint;
  • Can meet deadlines and priorities;
  • Resourcefulness and autonomy;
  • Thoroughness and meticulousness;

Training

  • Diploma in secretarial or office automation studies;
